Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your slot to another client.
There is no cancellation fee if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that life happens — all I ask is that you let me know as soon as possible.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, full payment for the appointment will be requested. Short-notice cancellations leave a slot that cannot be filled in time.
Clients who have had a late cancellation will also be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking any future appointments.

Yes — there is free street parking directly outside the salon on Littlemoor Road. You should have no trouble finding a space.

Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
A deposit may be requested for certain treatments or group bookings — I’ll always let you know at the time of booking.
If you have previously cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront for all future bookings.

What to Expect
Welcome! Please arrive a few minutes early so we can have a quick consultation. I’ll ask about allergies, skin sensitivities and previous treatments to tailor everything just for you.
Yes — a patch test is required for lash lifts, lash tints, brow lamination and brow tinting. It must be done at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please get in touch to arrange this before booking. It cannot be skipped — this is for your safety.
Estimated durations are shown on the Services page. If you want to combine treatments, just message me and I’ll let you know how long to allow.
Yes! I run a loyalty stamp card. Collect stamps with each treatment and earn a free service. Ask at your next appointment, or check your stamps here.
