This page explains, in plain English, the small amount of cookies and browser storage this website uses, and how we look after the information you give us when you book or get in touch.

The cookies & storage we use

We only use what’s needed for the site to work properly — nothing for advertising. Specifically:

• Your cookie choice — we remember whether you pressed “Accept” or “Decline” so we don’t keep asking you.
• First-visit note — a one-time welcome message is shown only once per device.
• Your booking selections — while you’re booking, your chosen treatments, date and time are held temporarily so the booking works.
• Secure payments — if you pay a deposit, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies that are required to take the payment securely and prevent card fraud. These only apply on the payment step.
• Staff login — the salon’s private admin area uses a login cookie. This is only ever set for staff, never for normal visitors.

What we do not use

We do not use any advertising cookies, analytics/tracking cookies, or social-media tracking. We are not building a profile of you or following you around the web.

The information you give us

When you make a booking or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your appointment details. We use this only to manage your appointment, contact you about it, and provide your treatment.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a regulated payment provider — we never see or store your card number. We do not sell your information. You’ll only receive marketing emails (offers/news) if you choose to opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

• You can press Decline on the cookie banner to refuse non-essential storage.
• You can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just contact us using the details below.
